St. Michael Lutheran Church will host this prayer event on Tuesday, August 18th at 6:30PM. This will be a virtual event on Zoom. To join this zoom meeting just click on the link below on the day and time of the event.

  • Brown's Ministry

Next date to Serve: September 12, 2020

Brown's Ministry, located in the Cass Corridor of Detroit has served the poor and disenfranchised in one of the toughest areas of the city. They continue to minister to the area via their church, as well as going door-to-door with God's word, providing food, clothing and other items to those who are in need. St. Michael provides financial support to this mission as well as a monthly visit, typically on the second Saturday of the month. We leave the church at 8:15am and return by 1pm. A typical trip might involve: sorting clothes, making food bags, cleaning the sanctuary, beautifying the grounds or any number of projects.

Please contact Paul Ingram at the church office. if you would like to participate or have questions about this ministry.
